- Click on your WiFi/ Ethernet icon and open Wired or WiFi settings.
- Click “+” sign and select “Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP)”.
- Now click on the “Advanced” button.
- Under the “Security and Compression”, check mark “Use Point-to-Point encryption (MPPE)” and then select 128-bit (most secure) in the “Security” field. Click “OK”.
- In the “Add VPN” section, first enter any name for your VPN such as “PPTP”
- In the “Gateway” field, enter any PPTP VPN server address. You can find the server address here.
- Enter your iProVPN “Username” and “Password” in the next two boxes. Then click on “Add”
- Now click on your newly created PPTP VPN profile, toggle the switch next to it.
- Your VPN will be connected shortly.
