How to Setup and Connect iProVPN using Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) on Ubuntu Linux OS

  • Click on your WiFi/ Ethernet icon and open Wired or WiFi settings.
  • Click “+” sign and select “Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP)”.
  • Now click on the “Advanced” button.
  • Under the “Security and Compression”, check mark “Use Point-to-Point encryption (MPPE)” and then select 128-bit (most secure) in the “Security” field. Click “OK”.
